01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RetentionFlow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. RetentionFlow provides an analytical dashboard specifically engineered for Shopify merchants to optimize customer retention and lifetime value.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
02.Account Registration
Access to RetentionFlow requires a valid Shopify store. Registration is conducted via the Shopify App Store using OAuth protocols. By installing the app, you grant RetentionFlow permission to access your Shopify store data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- You must maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- RetentionFlow reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate Shopify's Partner Program Agreement.
03.Subscription Fees
RetentionFlow offers two primary service tiers billed monthly through the Shopify billing API:
Up to 1,000 monthly active customers and core retention analytics.
Unlimited customers, predictive churn modeling, and dedicated support.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in Shopify's billing policies. Usage overages for the Starter tier will be automatically billed at the start of the next cycle.
04.Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, and branding associated with RetentionFlow remain the exclusive property of RetentionFlow. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your internal business purposes.
05.Limitation of Liability
RetentionFlow provides analytics based on historical data. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or merchant revenue increases. In no event shall RetentionFlow be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on RetentionFlow's website.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RetentionFlow in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
